President Goodluck Jonathan has disclosed that he is still expecting the report of the 42-year-old French priest who was reportedly kidnapped in Northern Cameroon and said to be held in Nigeria.
Jonathan who disclosed this in Paris, France yesterday added that the country was doing all in her power to fight hostage taking and other crimes.
The president, “No comprehensive information yet on this. But what we know is that it is quite worrisome that the issue of commercial hostage taking is now a global business.
“Though, we got the information, but I cannot give any categorical statement. But, we know that the tradition of hostage takers is mobility because when they are being tracked, they move.”
