Months after a collapse building on the Premises of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN killed over 100 people in Lagos, a coroner court investigating the tragedy today indicted the Church and the Contractor who built the ill-fated building.
The Court ordered that the contractor should be tried for criminal negligence.
The coroner also, amongst other things, recommended that the church should be investigated and tried for not obtaining necessary permit before building the expansive Guest House.
