The Senate is currently grilling ministerial nominees. A former Senator Udoma Egba who was screened was asked to take a bow after reading his profile. No much hassle for him.
However, it was not a tea party for the former Ekiti State, Governor Kayode Fayemi. He got the first salvo from his party man, Professor, Adeyeye from Osun State. The Seantor queried Fayemi over the huge debt he plunged the state before he left office and also to justify why huge amount to build a Government House. Fayemi defended himself that he built the structure for the people of the state. He argued further the structure would serve as tourism attraction.
