The streams of visitors who daily besieged the Boundillion, Ikoyi residence of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu dropped drastically since the former governor travelled to London, United Kingdom.
Our correspondent who visited the Ikoyi residence of the APC leader observed a low attendance of visitors especially those lobbying for endorsement in the forthcoming local government election in Lagos state.
Prior to the trip of the former Lagos State Governor to the United Kingdom, Boundillion, Ikoyi residence of Tinubu was a Mecca of sorts as politicians from far and near daily paid courtesy calls on the APC national leader ostensibly to get his favour.
Sources close to the former governor told CompleteNews that Tinubu might have travelled to London to stem down pressure that mounted daily from Local Government chairmanship aspirants and their patrons who were seeking his support.
Meanwhile, there was palpable anxiety on Tuesday in certain quarters in Lagos as the APC suspended sales of forms to aspirants.
