Intense pressure is allegedly being mounted on Justice Ogundare of the Lagos State High Court who is handling the case of Mr Semiu Karaole, an aggrieved APC chairmanship aspirant in Mushin who is challenging the legality of the process that produced the party candidate in Mushin Local Government.
Karaole, had sued the All Progressives Congress, APC for breaching the provisions in its constitution of conducting primaries for all eligible aspirants.
The aggrieved candidate prayed the court to nullify the process that produced the candidate and compel the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission, LASIEC not to recognize the imposed candidate.
Meanwhile, a reliable source confirmed to Complete News that powerful stakeholders in the APC have been pressurizing the trial judge to do their bidding following the nullification of the APC primaries in Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA .
The source also revealed that thugs were been mobilize to invade the court to cause pandemonium.
“We learnt on good authority that people in certain quarters are mounting pressure on the judge handling the case between the aggrieved aspirant Semiu Karaole against the Lagos APC.
“Justice Ogundare is being pressured by ‘powerful persons’ to turn against the face of justice”, the source informed.
