Dr Doyin Okupe, a former presidential spokesman who recently recovered from Coronavirus infection has responded to critics who said his claim of COVID-19 infection was a scam.
Okupe on his verified Twitter handle released pictures of himself in hospital wear said he was indeed infected and recovered. He twitted, ”
Some said my tweet was a scam. These are my pictures at d isolation center ”
Meanwhile, Okupe spoke with Channels TV last night via Skype. He commended health workers who were diligent in their duty at the isolation centre where he received treatment.
He said health workers were the real heroes in the war against COVID-19 fight. Okupe who was in infected alongside his wife thank God for giving him a second chance in life.
