
President Muhammadu Buhari has again met with the nation’s service chiefs and other heads of security agencies. The Thursday meeting made it third time the president would be meeting with heads of security agencies within this week.
The brief meeting which was held inside the President’s office at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The President had met with service chiefs on Monday after which the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, and the Director-General of the Department of State, Lawal Daura, proceeded to meet with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and the Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami.
The meeting with Osinbajo was on the invitation of the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, by the Police for questioning over Offa bank robbery that left 33 people dead.
