
Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi who is seeking re-election on the platform of the All Progresives Congress, APC and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP counterpart, Musa Wada expressed satisfaction with the Independent National Electoral Commission over the conduct of the governorship election in the state.
The governor was speaking shortly after casting his vote at his Agassa country home ward 001.
Bello was accompanied to the polling station by his wife, Amina Bello, who also cast her vote at the polling booth.
Wada said that the on-gong election exercise in the state is peaceful so far.
The PDP candidate stated this while speaking to news men minutes after he voted.
He however complained about malfunctioning of card readers in his polling unit, as he voted at another polling unit.
