Tears flowed today when the daughter of Nobel Laureate Professor Wole Soyinka Dr. Iyetade interred at the Ultimate Gardens, along Ibadan-Lagos Expressway, Opposite Yannaty Flour Mills, Boluwaji Sanjyo, Ibadan, Oyo state capital.
Serving and past governors were among top dignitaries that attended the burial.
A funeral service was earlier held in her honour at Chapel of The Ressurection, University of Ibadan (UI) between.
Very Rev. Kunle Oyelade who officiated the funeral service urged the deceased’s family to be strong while telling those who attended to give their lives to the lord Jesus Christ.
The cleric described Iyetade as a “very religious, kind-hearted, nice and generous woman”.
