
The Senior Pastor and founder of Headstone Church, Ilupeju Lagos Dr Chris Williams has lost his wife, Pastor Oluwafunmilayo Ajimo Williams. Mrs William hailed from Ijebu in Ogun State.
Williams, a firebrand cleric announced this in a short message sent to close family friends and church members on Tuesday.
“This 16th day of January 2018, two months, two days to our 18th wedding anniversary, my wife Funmilayo checked into glory. Thank you Jesus”, the bereaved Pastor’s dirge read. The cause of the death is yet unknown.
The Lagos-based cleric who is also a Medical Doctor is the host of Family Life on TV and has taught personal health management across the world for over a decade. He is also the president of Headstone Life Development Consult and Headstone Entrepreneurship College.
Until her death, Pastor Oluwafunmilayo Ajimo Williams, was a trained pharmacist. She graduated from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. She served as the deputy senior pastor of The Headstone Church.
She was the founder and visioner of the Leading Ladies of God Network and also the founder of the Hikanos Foundation and Elshaddai Orphanage homes in Ikorodu Lagos.
She was the MD CEO of Haven Pharmacy Ltd, a growing chain of pharmaceutical stores in Nigeria.
A committed wife and mother, indeed an epitome of a vision filled woman.
She was described as a ‘passionate student and teacher of God’s word who is totally committed to soul winning and empowerment of women and children in her generation’.
The deceased is survived by her husband and a son Victor Oluwayomi Isioma William.
