Mimiko led a delegation to Kekemeke’s residence in Akure today. The Governor who was deadly troubled by the loss urged the family of the departed to console themselves in the Lord noting that the deceased died in the Lord.
The governor said the heart and prayers of members of his administration were with the family and prayed God to grant the family members the fortitude to bear the loss.
Kekemeke, in his response, expressed gratitude to the Governor and his team for the visit, noting that his family members had been greatly encouraged by the show of solidarity to him across party, religious and cultural lines.
