The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has extended voting till Sunday in areas where there were hitches.
This extension was necessitated principally by the Card reader failure and terrorist attacks.
Also, the electoral umpire also approves manual accreditation in areas when card readers fail.
Meanwhile, in some areas in Lagos, voting were yet to commenced as at 6:30 p.m. Our correspondent who visited a voting unit in from of Ogba Junior School, Ogba area of Lagos saw voters queuing for hours waiting for the commencement of voting. This was exactly 6:24 pm.
