The authorities of the Obafemi Awolowo University, (OAU) Ile Ife, Osun State, today has said that the female student of the institution who was suspected to have the Ebola Virus Disease and moved to Lagos has tested negative to the virus.
The institution’s Public Relations Officer, Abiodun Olanrewaju, who confirmed this in a telephone interview said, “The preliminary result of the girl is out and she tested negative. Another test will be done on Friday.
“The university will issue a statement on this later today” .
