The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has set aside the decision of the Federal High Court which ruled that `the National Assembly lacks the powers to determine the sequence of elections.
Recall that the presidency and the National Assembly were at loggerheads on the order of sequence of the 2019 General elections.
