An Abuja High Court has ordered that the former deputy governor of Adamawa state, James Ngilari should be sworn in as governor of the state.
It will be recalled that Ngilari had prayed the court to over rule his purported resignation as deputy governor in the heat of in the impeachment procedure instituted against his former boss, Murtala Nyako.
