The supporters of the embattled Lagos State Governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode will hold solidarity rally for the governor whose re-election bid is hanging in the balance if not foreclosed.
COMPLETE NEWS can report that Ambode’s loyalists in Epe division comprising Eredo, Ikosin Ejinrin and Epe local council areas will show solidarity for the troubled governor today. It will be recalled that a vigil was organized last week in Epe to seek God’s intervention in Ambode’s prediacament.
It was further gathered that the rally will berth at Bourdillon, Ikoyi, the residence of the national leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu tomorrow, Wednesday.
The supporters would be appealing to the godfather to forgive his estranged godson, Ambode who according to them has performed beyond expectations and turned Epe division around in less than three years in the saddle.
Meanwhile, the embattled governor at a book launch of billionaire banker, Jim Ovia yesterday in Lagos said he could not speak after Tinubu had spoken. Former Lagos State Governor had earlier spoken on the book and the author, Ovia.

Is Epe the only local government in Lagos state? He neglected all other local government areas and would nit listen to advice. He thought he was Lord into himself.
