
Following the renewed attacks by the Boko Haram terrorists,Nobel laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka, has charged President Muhammadu Buhari administration to think outside the box and adopt new strategies to crush the insurgency.
Soyinka, who said this in a lecture titled, “Science and imagination in a temple of knowledge, at the third convocation ceremony of Kwara State University, Malete, yesterday, noted that it is because the new administration has not adopted new strategy that Nigerians have not witnessed expected results.
It will be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari ordered relocation of the military control Headquarters to Maiduguri, Borno State capital. Subsequently, the dreaded sect renewed attacks on the city and wreck havoc.
