Senator Muhammed Jibrillah has emerged winner of the All Progressives Congress, APC primary for the Adamawa State governorship by-election.
Jubrillah polled 2,718 votes to clinch the party ticket. APC candidate will be slugging it out with acting governor and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
It would be recalled that the post of the governorship became vacant after the ousting of the former governor Murtala Nyako and his deputy, James Ngilari.
