Reprieve came the way of the leader Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, who has been in detention for weeks as a Magistrate Court 1 sitting in Abuja ordered the Department of State Service (DSS) to produce him in court next Monday.
There have been pockets of violent protests in some states in the Eastern Nigeria following the arrest of Kanu.
