Officers of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency today reportedly laid a siege on the residence of Ogun-East Senator-elect, Prince Buruji Kashamu.
Kashumu, is alleged to be wanted in the United States of America for drug-related offences. The Ijubu-born businessman turned politician has maintained that he had no case to answer in the US.
It would be recalled that former President Olusegun Obasabjo had requested that the Senator-elect should be extradited back to the United States to clear himself of the allegations against him.
