Barely 25 days to the end of the tenure of Governor Sullivan Chime of Enugu State, the state House of Assembly has commenced an impeachment proceeding against him.
The Governor was accused of high handedness and corrupt enrichment. It will be recalled that Sullivan orchestrated the impeachment of his former deputy, Sunday Onyebuchi over a flimsy and petty allegation of rearing chickens in Government House.
