The Rivers State Secretariat of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC has gutted fire. The building is located at Igboku street, D/Line Port Harcourt.
According to eye witness, the inferno broke out at about 4:00am this morning. Important documents and other valuables are believed to have been destroyed.
