Call it mother of all rallies, you are close to it. Today thousands of Lagosians including APC supporters thronged out to march streets of Lagos.
The march which started around 8a.m is expected to terminate at Teslim Balogun Stadium Surulere.
Our correspondent who is reporting live from Ikorodu road, route of the mar h reports that motorists and commuters are stranded in gridlock as APC faithful took over the popular road.
They were all clad in Tshirts bearing various inscriptions. Some read, ” It is time for common sense revolution”, “I have decided to vote”,” A done deal”.
Notable party chieftains sighted by our correspondent include the Senator representing Lagos Central, Chief Mrs Oluremi Tinubu, Lagos state publicity secretary, Joe Igbokwe, among others.
Meanwhile, there was mild drama when the mammoth crowd reached vicinity of Campaign office of PDP Governorship candidate in Lagos, Mr Jomi Agbaje. Armed policemen swiftly came out to wade off possible attacks.
