Another tragedy has it the arisekola’s family following the death of Jelliliat, one of the wives of late Arisekola Alao. Jellilat reportedly died in an auto crash on Tuesday.
This calamity occurred barely a week after the death of the Aare Musulumi of Yoruba Land, Alhaji Arisekola Alao in London.
The Complete News gathered that that late Jellilat will be buried later today 2 July.
It was also learnt that the woman separated from Arisekola over 20 years ago.
According to a family source who confirmed her death, “it is a sad development. Yes, the woman died. I have just been told but do not have the full details.
“Let me put the record straight. The woman we are talking about, I don’t know whether she was baba’s wife or not. Yes, she had a child for baba but they had been separated for over 20 years.
“She was selling clothes in one of the markets in Lagos. So with her status in Arisekola’s house, I don’t know whether to refer to her as Arisekola’s wife.
Again, it is not every woman that bears children for somebody that is that person’s wife. I don’t want to say more than that,” a close family source told our correspondent over the phone.
